Main objective

  • O6.1. To ensure efficient Project management as a guarantee for effective progress towards set objectives. 
  • O6.2. To monitor Project progress & consistency between planned & actual activities. 
  • O6.3. To ensure that the ToK plan is followed. 
  • O6.4. To ensure that EC Project reports, deliverables & milestones are fulfilled.

Task

  • Task 6.1 Overall management and risk contingency planning for the project.
  • Task 6.2 Technical Project Management.
  • Task 6.3 Training activities and networking management.
